A: There is no charge.
Q: I have found a property I like at an open inspection. Can AusHero act for me to close the deal?
A: No. In order for AusHero to act on your behalf we must make the initial contact with the listing agent.
Q: How much money will Foundation Daw Park receive?
A: This will vary according to the services provided.
If you engage AusHero to list and sell your property as a conventional real estate agent we will donate 100% of our success fee, up to a maximum of $600, to Foundation Daw Park within 10 working days of settlement/exchange.
If you contract another real estate agent to sell your property via AusHero we will donate 100% of our referral fee, up to a maximum of $500, to Foundation Daw Park within 10 working days of settlement/exchange.
If you use AusHero to negotiate the purchase of any property we will donate 100% of our referral fee, up to a maximum of $400, to Foundation Daw Park within 10 working days of settlement/exchange.
If you successfully arrange finance via an AusHero endorsed finance broker we will donate 100% of our referral fee, up to a maximum of $300, to Foundation Daw Park within 30 days of the loan approval.
If you contract a third party firm to manage an investment property via AusHero we will donate 100% of our referral fee, up to a maximum of $200, to Foundation Daw Park within 30 days of the initial cashflow to the managing agent.
Q: Will Foundation Daw Park be aware that I suggested them?
A: Yes. Provided you give us prior permission to reveal your identity. Should you choose for the donation to be anonymous, we will honour your wishes. View the privacy policy here.
Q: Am I limited in my choice of real estate agents to sell my home?
A: Provided first contact with your nominated real estate agent/s is via AusHero we anticipate no restrictions on your choice.
Q: Can I interview more than one real estate agent prior to making my selection?
A: Yes. It is very important to find an agent that inspires your confidence. They should be someone you can effectively communicate with and a person you are very comfortable being around as you will be embarking on an intensive relationship which may last several months.
