You are free to nominate your real estate agent/s of choice and you are encouraged to provide feedback on the service standards of all professionals engaged via AusHero.
The referral fees paid to us by the service providers that you engage allow us to cover our operating expenses.
AusHero welcomes suggestions from all clients regarding the identity of beneficiary organisations for it's benevolent program. To be considered as a beneficiary organisation, the suggested charity must be endorsed by the Australian Tax Office as a Deductible Gift Recipient. Click here to search.

In order for us to negotiate a referral fee, whether buying or selling, it is essential that AusHero make the initial contact with the real estate agent. You are then encouraged to pursue the interview and negotiation with them, as usual, prior to engaging their services or purchasing the property.
